My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was ideal, close to downtown Atlanta attractions, but the room cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The service was attentive, although not as helpful as expected. The dining experience was a mix of delicious food with long waiting times. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities offered some comfort during my stay.
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Atlanta's main tourist attractions and the conference center. The rooms are decent sized, very clean, and comfortable, although there was an issue with standing water in the bathroom. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful staff but also encounters with attitude and noise. The dining experience was confusing and slow, yet the location made it easy to socialize and explore downtown Atlanta.
